Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

🚫 Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
🚫 Personal care items (such as beauty products)
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our standard return policy, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
